In simply  the embassy can be define as an association or group of officials or officers who permanently represent a sovereign state or government  in a second sovereign state or with respect to an international organization such as the United Nations.

In any persons entrusted with a mission to a sovereign or government, esp. an ambassador and his or her staff.

Embassies are the official missions or targets through which nations or countries conduct their foreign affairs. Embassies are headed by ambassadors, the highest-ranking diplomats stationed are out side the country or abroad. For example in the United States, the president, with the consent of the Senate, appoints ambassadors. From these outposts, ambassadors and their staffs promote the interests of their homeland, work to protect citizens traveling abroad, and gather information about the host country.

The country consulate has important rules to the peoples that related the country to meet much friendship and facilitate trade. The word or title Consul is used for the official legislative body of the government of one state in the region of another, normally acting to back and protect the citizens of the consul's own country. The other main function of the consulate is to facilitate trade and friendship between the people of the country to whom he or she is accredited and the country of which he or she is a representative.

This distinguishes the consul from the ambassador, which is technically, a representative from one head of state to another. Thus, while there is but one ambassador representing a nation's head of state to another country, and his or her duties turn around diplomatic relations between the two countries, there may be several consuls in the country or world , one in each of several main cities, providing assistance with ceremonial issues to both the citizens of the consul's own country traveling or living abroad, and to the citizens of the country the consul is in who wish to travel to or trade with the consul's country.
